Sponsorship and Vendor opportunities for this year’s event are now open and we invite you and your service or company to participate.
The return of our annual fashion show and benefit will be presented Saturday,
October 08, 2016, 6pm, at Little Black Pearl, 1060 E 47th Street in Hyde Park.
AMALGAMATION annually features up to 15 new or independent Chicago Designers and boutiques, including Carmen Carlisle, Hanna Khalia, Kathy Lynn Boutique and headlining love, Dia Couture and Fashion. A portion of the proceeds benefits local charities, . On average, we welcome over 250 guests and press every year, and we've welcomed press representatives and bloggers from Illinois, Missouri and Michigan. This is a great opportunity to reach new customers, press and network with fellow entrepreneurs.
Vendor Table Reservations are $100 until September 1, 2016 and $250 thereafter. Reservation includes admission for vendor and one (1) assistant/partner, standard 6' banquet table space (table not provided), inclusion of promotional items in VIP gift bags and two (2) General Admission Tickets for sale or gift ($60 value- once sold, out of pocket investment for vendor opportunity $40) . Suitable for larger sale displays (clothing, catering, etc). Tables are available on a first come first served basis, no more than 2 of each vendor type allowed- some exceptions may apply.
Product Sponsorship is available without purchase of a vendor table, receipts provided. This entails inclusion of your promotional products for distribution to up to 250 attendees and media personnel.
